Trophy Black Bear Hunt

With more than 2700 square miles of mountainous terrain, the pacific ocean, rainforests, salmon filled streams, and remote logging blocks provide the setting for hunting and great adventure. The majority of the area is non-hunted, and hunts are conducted by pick up truck or boats on the ocean. Queen Charlotte black bears are salmon fed and hibernate for only a short time. The population in the area is excellent. And, in this area big bears are not the exception, they are the rule. In fact they are among the biggest black bears in the world. In the past almost all the bears harvested have been boars with skulls of 19” to 22” plus, and with hides squaring 6’6” to 8’ plus. There is no baiting or dogs used during your hunt, it’s all spot and stalk with professional guides that have many seasons of guiding to their credit. Hunters in the past have had 100% opportunity with about 90% success at taking home a trophy pacific black bear.
